Brackets & Caps

At Helical Piles Australia, we manufacture a wide range of caps and brackets engineered to transfer structural loads to our helical pile systems. Whether you’re working on new construction or foundation repair, we offer both standard and custom accessories to suit your project.

Built for Versatility

Every job is different. That’s why we stock common sizes for fast delivery and offer full customisation for unique requirements. Our caps and brackets are designed for secure connections between the pile and the structure, whether you’re stabilising existing foundations or supporting new builds.

Common Bracket & Cap Types

  • Standard Bracket: For stabilising and lifting existing foundations

  • Heavy-Duty Bracket: Suited for industrial or commercial load demands

  • Light-Duty Bracket: Used on smaller structures with lower load requirements

  • Lift Bracket: Transfers load via push piers for foundation repair

  • New Construction Cap: Supports new builds, tied into reinforcing before concrete pour

  • Mooring Cap: Designed for marine applications like floating docks

  • Beam Support Bracket: Ideal for boardwalks, walkways, and modular homes

  • Tieback Package & Quick Clip: Includes coupler, screw assembly, and wall plate

  • Slab Support System: Includes coupler, thread bar, and plate for floor slabs

Sizes are typically 6”, 8”, or 10” square and available in galvanised, non-galvanised, or spray-galvanised finishes.

Under-Footing Brackets

Used for retrofitting beneath existing footings. Installed with a drive stand, these two-piece brackets are bolted into place after verifying vertical alignment and continuous bearing. Pressure grout is used where needed to ensure a complete fit before driving pier sections.

Load Transfer & Lifting

Hydraulic rams transfer the load from the structure to the pier system. Once lifted to the desired elevation, each pier is locked off using shims and pins. Rams are depressurised and removed in sequence based on pressure readings to ensure a stable and uniform lift.

Final Steps & Site Clean-Up

After lifting, all brackets are locked off and piers are cut to final height. Excavations are backfilled in layers and compacted thoroughly. Surface grading is adjusted to ensure proper drainage away from the structure. All waste materials are disposed of safely and legally.
